Using SeenByAI

By creating an account or running a scan, you agree to these terms. You must only submit URLs for sites you own or have permission to audit. SeenByAI crawls publicly accessible pages only and does not attempt to access content behind a login.

Free scans and credits

New accounts receive two free scans. Additional scans are available through paid credit packs. Credits are tied to your account and are non-transferable. Pricing may change, and any change will apply to new purchases, not credits already bought.

Reports and accuracy

Audit reports reflect automated checks at the time of the scan and are provided to help you prioritize improvements. They are not a guarantee of ranking, visibility, or inclusion in any AI search result, and search providers may change behavior independently of anything in the report.

Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your full payment card details. Refunds for unused credits may be requested by contacting us and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable use

Don't use SeenByAI to scan sites you don't have permission to audit, to attempt to overload our systems, or to scrape report data at scale outside of any API terms we may offer separately.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
