What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any billing details needed to process payments. When you run a scan, we collect the URL you submit and the data our crawler gathers from the public pages of that site — page content, headers, structured data, and response metadata.
How we use it
Scan data is used to generate your audit report and is stored so you can revisit past reports from your dashboard. Account details are used for login, billing, and product communication. We don't sell personal data to third parties.
Third-party services
Some checks call external providers — for example, search providers used during the citation test, and Razorpay for payment processing. These providers receive only the data needed to perform their specific function and are bound by their own privacy terms.
Data retention
Scan reports remain attached to your account until you delete them or close your account. You can request full deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email developer.thimpu@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
